FINALLY some updates from us!

All puppies from Heidi´s litter has now moved to their new homes, we wich
their owners good luck with the "little" ones! The fact that 3 of them is
sold to landseer-breeders makes us a bit proud ;). So here at our kennel we
kept Allan. A fantastic cool guy who is really down to earth! He is of
lovely type, has a really beautiful head, is well angulated and- ...well
just wonderful! We bet he will be a quite a piece, when we went to the vets.
for his 12 weeks vaccination, his weight was 21 kg´s...! And now he is higer
than all of the springergirls and is about Izak´s height, ca 52 cm´s, and
he´s not even 4 months old!



When it comes to shows, we haven´t been out so much, but 7/10 we went for a
trip to Sundsvall and SKC´s Int. show.
First to show was Izak, and he won the ukk. with CCQ, but wasn´t placed in BM.



Then it was time for Stella. As usual she really gave it ALL, and again won
the openclass with CCQ. This time though, it really was our turn- the last 3
shows she has just missed the CC, but this time she ended up as 2´nd best
bitch and then gained her first CC and res. CACIB, hurray :)
Her critique was; Very beautiful bitch, who combindes power and elegance in
an excellent way. Feminine head, excellent neck, shoulder, topline. Good
ribcage, a bit straight upperarm. Well algulated behind. Excellent
bonestructure and paws.Beutiful coat and colour. Moves excellent with lovely
posture and attitude. Excellent temperament.



L. Evidence Of Crime has been competing in agility, finally he has started
to listen to his "mum" ;) His result was in Haninge BC 6/10 unoff. 4´th
plac. (about 30 entries).

The weekends and this YEARS biggest exploit we must say, did Stellas sister
perform. We will let her owner tell the story;

Well we had quite a day at Zwolle
international show.
Our English Springer Ch. Larix Diamonds 'n Pearls (Ch. Barecho Fun For the Future ex Rowntree Jade Jewel) won
the CC/CACIB/BOB under mr. Doedijns (NL), than went on to win the group under
mrs. van Adrichem Boogaert-Kwint (NL) and finally ended as Best in Show-3
under mr. van de Weijer (NL).

This was our first time in a Best in Show
line-up at an international show, needless to say we are very proud of our girl
and a special thank you to breeder Marina Persson for breeding this lovely
girl.

Stunning bitch of excellent type. Very nice
size. Excellent breed- and sextype. excellent bone. correct forechest and breed

I want to send a thousand thank´s to family Harmsen, kennel Des Vauriennes

Izak (the poor boy with watertail..) he was still however placed second in interm. class with Ccq, then not placed in best male competition.

Mischa was 6'th or unplaced if want it that way but we was placed and kept at 6'th place anyway, with HP.
Stella won the openclass with Ccq, but this time again the CC went just before her nose to dog before her, she was placed at end as BB-4.

 I am mostly spening my own time at home cuddling with the puppies :)

Both Stellas father (Ch. Barecho Fun For The Future), Stellas brother Larix Dream for The Future and Donnas father (Ch Fraelighte Full Frontal) is DNA tested for PRA cord1 mutation with result clear! During autumn we will also test some of our breeding dogs. We are at moment very happy to know that both Stella and Donna never can get affected in this variant of PRA.

17/6 L. All roses For You "Allie" did entered tracking competition and got a 1'st price in open class! Well done and congratulations from a proud breeder and sister Princess Lillian. Owner and handler is Maria forslund.

First we want to wish with our lovely daughters "help" a continued good summer to everyone!

We are also proud to announce that Heidi now has got her puppies! After about 5 hours it was done, 5 females and 2 males. All is good with puppies and mother  so far and Heidi is a really good mother, all whelping went so nicely from start to end.

Ch.Larix Dream For The Future was at show again, this time to Norwegian SpanielClub show in Trondheim where he nicely was BOS. Congratulations to his owners.

L.Diamonds´n Pearls is nwo qualified for Crufst and also have a new title, Belgian winner-07. She was in this show BOS with CC and CACIB. Big congratulations to the Harmsen family and thanks for taking so good care of In photo also their Welsh who also got this title. Congratulations to the success with the girls :)

16/6 we was to Avesta, with us we had Mischa and Izak. Izak is a man that has matured quite fast and maybe not fit so well in the junior class anymore ;) He got a first quality. Mischa placed as a good 2'nd in a big intermediateclass (13)! and got again Ccq :) She was there until the last 6 ones in Best female competition before had to leave the ring for the day.

Now we are mostly waiting here at home, girls has a week to go and we do hope that they not both start whelping same time or something but as big as Heidi is I assume she might start before set date. Oh my what a whelping box we had to order, was double as size as the one we are used to and same thing about hight. Puppy room is almost ready waiting for them, so now they are getting used to be in that room while we are waitingi...

So, both Stella & Izak is eye checked now, both clear! 
The reason why they are eye checked after the mating is just that the mating wasnt planned, it was a "thief-mating" decided by themselves to do...same day as we was in Norway to inseminate Heidi they succeeded. The dog sitter didnt understood the weight of putting Izak to a special box...and my girls (read Mischa) is those who opens doors, and she did and the rest followed, also Stella. Well she is checked and pregnant so now we wait for the puppies. 

In Norway two Larix dogs has entered  the Norwegian spaniel mainshow, the judge was Mr.Frank Bjerklund. Larix Graceland Rose was in puppyclass BB-2. Ch.Larix Dream For The Future was BM-2.

12/5 Österbybruk SKK judge Agneta Cardell

Izak was first out in Jun.Class he only got a 1´st price but a nice critique so I´m pleased anyway. The best with his performance I think was this photo taken by Mia!!

Mischa finally made her debute in off. class. She behaved the best!! She ended up 2´nd in Interm.class with CCQ. I just love such debutes :)

Her critique was as following;

Very well prop. young bitch with a feminine head. Could wish for more marked stop. Excellent neck and topline. Well placed shoulder, a bit short upperarm. Well angulated hindlegs with beautiful thighs. Excellent legs, paws and coat. Moves very nice.

Donna ended up as 5´th in a big open class with CCQ and this critique;

Feminine well formed head with very good expression. Good, balanced angulations in front and back. Nice ribbcage, strong loin. Excellent legs and paws. Good quality in coat. Moves well.

Stella was in her really show-mind, I think she had been an excellent trotting-horse. Well, this race resulted in 2´nd in open class with CCQ and finally she was 4´th best bitch!! I´m very pleased, but it´s just a little bit "sour" to be the step behind CC time after time...  Her critique was;

So, all my entered botches got CCQ and I´m very pleased with that! Thank´s for help with handling and nice company Mia and Heidi.

Last weekend L. Evidence of Crime passed the test for blood-tracking, congratulations and well done Jennie and Felix!!

WOW, what weekend! In Netherlands was L.Diamonds´n Pearls again to show and she took there her last CC and can now title herself Ned CH Ger Jch ! She did however not end there, she was also BOB and ended later as BIG 3 !! Super congratulations to the Harmsen family!! With this she qualified to "Dutch Top dog of the Year show".

april 22 I went to Västerås SKK show with Izak & Donna. Izak performed lovely in a big juniorclass (11), he won it and got Ccq! 2 Ccq's of two shows isnt so bad ;)
A good start of his "carreer" and hope it keeps that way... He is so funny to show and seem to enjoy a lot to be in ring! He was there long time in best male competition, when was only 6 left we had to leave.

Donna competed in a big open class  and was there second with Ccq and was from there as Izak in the competition as long as to 6 best before left.

Well, contenta is that I am very pleased with them and their result. Now it is cycling and condition training for the SW-07 show in a couples of weeks!

One sad news after the other. We have also got to know that our first ESS-bitch Tilda, Rowntree Four Roses, has left us. She was mother to our A-litter and we are forever grateful to her for giving us princess Lillan.

We miss dear Emma, Rowntree Jade Jewel, who sadly lost her life 14´th of april. Our thoghts are with you, Micke and Madde...

we will never forget Emma and are so thankful for having to knowned her and also to have the opportunity to have our D-litter from her.

4/1 SKK Göteborg L.Dream For The Future 2'nd openclass competition and 4'th best male!

Mischa is now x-rayed and graded A-hips! We are SOO happy for that :) Result is not yet in the SKK data as she is not even yet registrated in Swedish KennelClub, but we did already get the papers home in our postbox.

 Heidi is also x-rayed, she was graded A-hips and elbows 0/2.

Friday january 26'th our loved Lillian got 'abdomen was twisted around' and got really sick... I had time for x-ray with Heidi in the morning so after I called and warned them I bringed also Lillian there. She was operated and we was so very afraid to loose our princess :( Luckily she managed it and the following days that came, now, after a week she is maybe more active and alert than what is best for her own health.... ;) Abdomens is now fixed by the abdomen-wall, so this shouldnt happen again.
